Our homestead began when my husband and I met in the throws of the pandemic in 2020. My name is Kristen, I am a full-time firefighter and paramedic for the last 14 years. My much better half, Nick has served 9 years in the Marine Corps. We quickly realized we both have a passion for a simpler life. Having both come from professions of service, we find slowing down is a gentle reminder to focus on what matters. Family, mental and physical health along with wellness and spirituality. We were married under the most recent Super Blue Moon in our garden we grew together. Follow along with our journey and enjoy The Blue Moon Homestead.
