This jam has a larger ratio of rhubarb than strawberries hence the priority in the name. This is my favorite jam and pie flavor! Enhanced with fresh orange zest this will be a win sandwiched between some PB and fresh bread. Swirled in some yogurt or on top of fresh scones or muffins!
